Absolutely. All files are optimised for marketing on channels such as Youtube or Facebook, with your personal branding and captions upon request. Contact our customer support to enquire more.

Each package comes with one free round of revision for minor content or text changes within 14 days from the delivery date. However, while we try our best to cater to your requests, customisation options are limited since our videos follow a pre-set template and are considered on a case-by-case basis, such as removal/addition of personal details, removal of unwanted rooms, blurring of unwanted spots, etc. Please state your requests when you book the scan appointment with us.

2nd revision requests onward or requests after 14-day period are are chargeable at $25 per request (not limited to the number of items in the request). Hence, we recommend compiling all your comments in the 1st round of revision.

Upon request on a case-by-case basis, our team can offer unedited videos without captions. We do not provide raw footage of the videos taken. Please note that we reserve the right to decline such requests.

Due to the large volume of order, our standard deadline for delivering all Marketing Content Kit deliverables (Virtual Tour, photos and video) is within 5 working days. Nonetheless, please rest assured that we will try our best to expedite the delivery process.
